Boat and RV storage is generally in high demand and short supply. But before you invest millions of dollars developing that project, you need to do your research and make sure that the submarket can support your new facility. Boat and RV storage consumers are not the same as self-storage consumers, and you cannot use the same metrics to establish demand for your facility.
